REFUND POLICY

Subscription products purchased from Twenty 4 Design may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some subscription products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some subscription products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.

 

Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any subscription product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Twenty 4 Design in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (see below).

“Refund Period”, you may cancel a subscription product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Twenty 4 Design’s customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable subscription products, if available at all.

No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to the account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure, you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.

Managed Hosting

Our managed hosting subscription products are only available to clients whose websites are built by Twenty 4 Design. We do not offer hosting products and services to the general public. Twenty 4 Design leases dedicated servers from GoDaddy, LLC. Twenty 4 Design honors GoDaddy’s uptime guarantee of 99.9% power and uptime SLA. In addition, we only use servers that are tailored for WordPress, resulting in faster load speeds and file compressions.

Standard Refund Terms:

Annual Plans +: within 10 days of the date of the transaction +1

Monthly Plans +: within 24 hours of the date of the transaction +2

*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g. 6 months, 9 months, etc.)

+ Security products with remediation service cannot be refunded once a cleanup request has been submitted.

+1 The first year of all Annual hosting plans are not eligible for a refund. Any plans exceeding one-year subscriptions will be refunded, in full, for the remaining amount of days left in the subscription. 

+2 Monthly hosting plans are not eligible for a refund. Customers must cancel their subscription by contacting Twenty 4 Design before their next monthly bill date.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates

SSL certificates are subscription products and are only available to clients whose websites are built by Twenty 4 Design. When a visitor enters a website secured with a valid SSL certificate, the website automatically creates a secure, encrypted connection within the visitor’s browser. When purchasing an SSL through Twenty 4 Design, your site will reflect the padlock that appears in the browser bar. All information passing to and from your website is now encrypted, making sensitive data virtually unhackable.

Standard Refund Terms:

Annual Certificates +: within 10 days of the date of the transaction +1

Monthly Certificates: SSL certificates are not available for monthly plan purchases.

+ Security products with remediation service cannot be refunded once a cleanup request has been submitted.

+1 SSL certificates are not eligible for refunds after the first day of the current year of the subscription. (e.g. 3 year SSL plan purchased: on day 1 of the plan, year 1 is not eligible for a refund. Year 2 and Year 3 of the SSL certificate subscription are available for refund. After the first day of the second year has passed, only year 3 on the remaining subscription will be available for refund. After the first day of the third year of the subscription, the remaining amount of the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund.)
